North American Midway Entertainment is committed to providing a safe family environment. This commitment starts with our onsite Safety Coordinators who work closely with state and local authorities to ensure that our rides pass and exceed inspections and examinations. It is the policy of North American Midway Entertainment to achieve the greatest practical degree of freedom from accidents and to ensure every guest is provided safe and healthful conditions free from recognized hazards.
We have also established and insist upon safe practices at all times from all employees. In 2010, NAME deployed the most aggressive ride safety program in the industry. This program encompasses bi-annual comprehensive non-destructive testing (NDT) for every single ride in the company inventory. In addition to the manufactures required NDT and scheduling of frequent third-party inspections throughout the season.

EXTENSIVE TRAINING
All personnel are thoroughly screened and fully trained.
Each employee receives extensive training to ensure they are competent to perform their duties.
Training also exists to ensure their performance is consistent with our customer service standards.
Training encompasses not only their specific duty assignment but also customer service standards, overall midway safety and proper conduct on and off-duty.
Internal and external training programs are some of the different opportunities that we offer for ongoing professional development.
PRESENTATION

We remind employees that a great day on the Midway for our guests starts with them.
North American Midway Entertainment has employed a full-time specialist to coordinate and manage our extensive uniform program.
Our goal with our uniform presentation is to be the best dressed and most professionally presented employees on any fairgrounds that we service.
This program, now in its 20th year, has cost North American Midway Entertainment well in excess of $2,500,000.
We operate a uniform office that travels with the show that cleans and maintains the uniforms, controls inventory, and ensures that each employee is wearing a clean uniform each and every day.

Layout - Our expertise in Midway layout will ensure customer traffic flow, with the objective of maximizing space utilization and creating a more comfortable environment for our families at the fair.
